Saturday, we went to Epcot and MGM Studios to see the Lights, Motors, Action! stunt show
and the Osborn Family Christmas Lights. Apparently Osborn originally put hundreds of thousands of lights on his home, but the neighbors got so irritated that they sued him. The case went all the way to the state Supreme Court, but Osborn got disgusted, contacted Disney and made arrangements to set up his lights at DisneyWorld. They're something to behold. This the quiet scene. Every few minutes they also dance on and off in time to the music:

On our 35th wedding anniversary we went to the Orlando Temple,

and had an African dinner at the Boma restaurant. If it looks like we are a bit full, it's all true.

After dinner, we went for a stroll around the Grand Floridian Hotel (just to bug Michelle), and checked out the HUGE gingerbread house in the lobby.

First we had to figure out how to get a great big mower into a little tiny rental car.

The weeds were pretty big!

But, it looked great when we were finished.

The special Christmas Shows and Parade were great. Plus hot chocolate and cookies all around the park!

But after 17 hours in the Parks, it was time to leave for today.

Some of the people we met were cartoons!

We ate a lot at the buffet ...
but it didn't seem to affect us one little bit.

Most of the animals were really friendly.

Some were a little silly

We even saw some scaaary PIRATES!

Grandma & Grandpa are in Cartoon Land!

We saw the Lion King and a lot of his friends:

Sometimes after a long day at the Parks, you need a nap.
